This waffle recipe is made from our pancake and waffle mix. We love our nerdy dice waffle iron. These waffles are fluffy, the perfect medium for syrup.

Beat Egg Whites

Eggs, separated
Instructions
Separate egg yolks from whites. Beat egg whites in a mixer until stiff peaks form.
This step can be working while you assemble the rest of the batter.

Pancake mix
2 C
Water

Oil
Instructions
Mix together until combined.

Fold
Ingredients
Instructions
Gently fold egg whites into batter until well incorporated.

Cook in preheated waffle iron.
My waffle iron uses about 1/2 C of mix per waffle.
